With 19 years of HR experience, Vaness Kozub, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR executive with significant experience leading, developing and implementing integrated HR initiatives to support strategic business goals.

Vanessa's professional background as a HR generalist includes expertise in HR policy development and legal compliance, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, employee recruitment and retention, benefits and compensation, HR records management and more.

Prior to joining impactHR, Vanessa has worked for large and small companies in both the private and public sectors. Her HR experience comprises multiple work environments including healthcare, manufacturing and distribution centers, construction and skilled trades industry and child welfare. In her previous professional roles, Vanessa was a HR Business Partner/Manager with Gaudenzia; a HR Manager with TransDev; and Senior Manager-HR with Rhee Brothers, Inc.

Vanessa, who is certified SHRM-SCP, holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Harford Community College, a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Capella University, and is currently enrolled in a Masters program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
