Rachel Fink has enjoyed over 20 years of "People Ops" experience over a variety of industries, most notably Technology and Professional Services. She has particular expertise in building recruitment and onboarding best practices, HR technology stacks, and total rewards programs, and is passionate about educating new and seasoned leaders in the intricacies of people-management. Driven by Employee Engagement, she takes great pride in providing the best experience possible for staff, who are, after all, a company's greatest asset!

Rachel earned her Bachelor's in Communications from Rider University, and is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP). While her Jersey roots run deep, she now bleeds purple and orange in Harford County, MD with her husband, son, and two rescue dogs. Rachel has strong ties to the Baltimore community through her nonprofit work with United Way of Central Maryland, where she has led multiple projects to improve the lives of our city's homeless population.
