A former HR practitioner of 20+ years and past President of the Chesapeake HR Association (CHRA), Jason Nemoy is a Partner and Practice Director for Chesapeake Search Partners located in Towson, MD.
Jason leads both the HR recruiting arm (established in 2016) and the HR consulting subsidiary (Chesapeake HR Solutions, established in 2023) for the firm. Prior to CSP, Jason was head of recruiting for California Pizza Kitchen restaurants and then held various executive HR leadership roles in the fitness, hospitality, and healthcare and distribution industries.
Jason graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He completed the Professional HR Certification Program from UCLA in 1999 and earned his MS in HR Development from Towson University in 2010.
