Criteria For Participation in the Executive HR Roundtable 

  • 10+ years of relevant HR senior-level/Executive experience in multiple HR disciplines
  • Key decision maker in HR at their organization
  • Ability to Inspire at strategic level
  • Demonstrated experience setting org-wide strategy and driving for results
  • Working in Baltimore-metro Region / Local leader for HR
  • Willingness to contribute, share and engage with the group/network, including “best practices”, innovative ideas, and challenges
