BOARD OF DIRECTORS Elizabeth(Liz) Zambito, PHRPresident Elect Liz Zambito is an HR Business Partner with Lifebridge Health/Northwest Hospital with extensive experience in strategic visioning, change management and organizational development across diverse industries. Liz is a trusted advisor influencing stakeholders across business units improving individual contributor and leader effectiveness. She has worked in the Baltimore metro area for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include leadership coaching, performance management, legal compliance, data analysis and complex employee relations issues. Liz has a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Maryland and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland, The Sellinger School of Business and Management. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
