She has over 15 years of human resources experience, having worked in the higher education, manufacturing, non-profit, e-commerce, technology and cannabis industries. Ciera is an HR Strategic Consultant and Diversity Trainer, specializing in talent and organizational development. Ciera's expertise includes employee engagement, training & development, strategic planning and DEI. She has a master's degree in Human Resource Development, is SHRM certified and has received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification.
