Christina Cahillane is at her best when she is problem-solving and building Human Resources and Talent strategies. She is a strategic, C-Suite HR leader and business executive as well as an advisor & consultant to senior managers and CEO’s of mid-to-large size global companies. She leads & develops high-performing teams and helps to create and implement mission-critical HR and people strategies with them. She leads with the belief that HR is always about the people.

Christina began her career in Human Resources in financial services and has successfully navigated the field of global Human Resources in a variety of industries and disciplines, including HR consulting, manufacturing, luxury & home improvement retail and healthcare services to name a few.

She earned her Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Maryland University College. She is a Certified HR Professional who maintains two human resources certifications as a Global Certified Professional (GPHR) and SHRM-SCP with HRCI and SHRM, respectively. She has previously served on the Board of Frederick County SHRM as President, Immediate Past President, and Conference Committee Chair.
