About the Keynote Presentations

"From Ragtag Misfits to Crackerjack Colleagues: The Neuroscience of Outstanding Teams"
Presented by Kim E. Ruyle, PhD

1.50 HRCI (General)/SHRM Credits

About the Program & Presenter:

Research has revealed the characteristics and skills of effective teams and team leaders. We know what works. Research in neuroscience explains why. This session addresses practical methods for building and leading effective teams using principles of neuroscience. Learn how to establish trust, create team alignment, foster an environment of threat-free urgency, manage constructive conflict, and accelerate shared learning. Research and case studies are used to illustrate and explain the methods. Apply them, and your team will never be the same! Kim is President of Inventive Talent Consulting, a Miami-based firm that provides strategic talent management and organizational development consulting for leading global organizations.

"Grow Regardless"
Presented by Joe Mechlinski

1.50 HRCI (General)/SHRM Credits

About the Program & Presenter:

Strategy, culture, and talent; these are the things that entreQuest (eQ) is passionate about. For 15 years, eQ has inspired companies to grow regardless and it starts with great talent. We developed an expertise in building elite teams and understanding the full talent continuum, which eQ refers to as the Talent eQuation™. Our successes, story, and methodologies were forged in the beautiful struggle of growing businesses of varying sizes and standing shoulder-to-shoulder with all levels of the organization in the effort. In fact, the eQ Growth Methodology™ was born out of these inspirational experiences and we wrote the book on growing regardless; a New York Times Bestseller, Grow Regardless.

For all organizations, growth is a function of the intersections of the relationships of people from the CEO to the client. The dynamic between the CEO and the management team influences the frontline staff, which ultimately impacts the client. Joe offers proven methods to help any organization become a stronger, more cohesive team, deliver remarkable employee and client experiences, reset and recharge, and grow regardless. Find out more about Joe here!
