Join organization development consultant and coaches Anne Hilb, MSOD, CDP, ACC and Margaret Wilson, MSOD, PCC on September 10th from 5:30-7:30 pm to kick off our PD season and learn more about team coaching as a modality to enhance organizational awareness and effectiveness. 

Team coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the coaching profession and is becoming increasingly important in organizations across all sectors, including privately held corporations, government agencies and nonprofits. 

In this session Anne and Margaret will:

• Define team coaching 
• Help you understand the differences between team and individual coaching 
• Experience this tool in real time
• Reflect upon the structural dynamics at play and how this knowledge can be applied to your work 
  

*Participants will earn 2hr Professional Development Credits

RECERTIFICATION CREDITS

This program has been submitted for pre-approval for 2 hours of General credit by HRCI. The use of this seal is not an endorsement by HRCI of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HRCI’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit. This program has been submitted for pre-approval for 2 SHRM PDC. The Chesapeake Human Resources Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline to cancel in order to receive a refund is Thursday, September 5, 2024.  If you do not cancel in advance and do not attend the event, you will still be invoiced for the event.

CODE OF CONDUCT
