Designed for C-Suite HR professionals, CHROs, Vice Presidents, and experienced executive-level HR practitioners, the Executive HR Roundtable offers opportunities for thought leadership dialogue, collaboration, knowledgesharing, and networking.

CHRA Members interested in the Executive HR Roundtable should meet the following criteria to be eligible:


  1. 10+ years of relevant HR senior-level/Executive experience in multiple HR disciplines

  2. Key decision maker in HR at their organization

  3. Ability to Inspire at strategic level

  4. Demonstrated experience setting org-wide strategy and driving for results

  5. Working in Baltimore-metro Region / Local leader for HR

  6. Willingness to contribute, share and engage with the group/network, including “best practices”, innovative ideas, and challenges

  7. Current member of CHRA
