Meet others in the course during the pre-course meet & greet! This is a chance to connect with your fellow learners, meet your instructor, share experiences & study notes and put names to faces before the online sessions.

 

 

Course Details:

Led by a highly qualified and certified HR instructor, our intensive SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preparation seminars, combined with the SHRM Learning System, present a comprehensive and detailed review of the current SHRM Body of Competency & Knowledge™ (SHRM BoCK™). By attending, you will be able to identify areas of strength and build on them. You will also see where you need further concentrated study in preparation for either exam.

 

During your prep course, your SHRM-certified instructor will build upon the foundation you've already established through your studies of the SHRM Learning System, guiding you through interactive discussions, and sample test questions.

 

While this preparation course should not be considered your only preparation for certification, it will serve as a very valuable component to help you focus your study efforts and maximize your results.

About the Instructor:

Amanda Haddaway is the managing director and lead consultant and trainer for HR Answerbox. Amanda has nearly 40,000 hours of experience in human resources and she specializes in resolving difficult employee relations situations, designing and facilitating interactive training solutions and advising small businesses on how to effectively manage their human capital.


She holds the two highest professional certifications in human resources, SPHR and SHRM-SCP, as well as a Master of Jurisprudence degree in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, a Master’s degree from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. 


Additionally, Amanda is a national speaker and a published author of two books. She serves as the director for the Maryland SHRM State Council, as a trainer and subject matter expert for the Society for Human Resource Management, and as a member of the leadership council of the National Small Business Association.

Fees
Fees include the SHRM Learning System, pre-course meet & greet, and prep course instruction by qualified instructor.

 

Full payment is required at time of registration.

 

Your SHRM Learning System will be ordered and mailed to you at the time of your registration.

Members:

Regular rate $1,175 (After October 2)

 

Non-Members:

Early Bird $1,225 (On or before October 2)

Regular rate $1,275 (After October 2)

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations in writing to CHRA no later than October 30, 2020 will receive refunds minus a $600 fee for the cost of the SHRM Learning System and a $100 administration fee.
