  • Determine appropriate resolutions and follow up steps to investigations

 

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Stephen B. Stern is a trusted legal advisor and zealous advocate for many businesses and individualsMr. Stern devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing businesses in employment related matters, both as an advisor and litigator. He regularly advises companies on strategic matters involving employment policies, procedures, and practices and helps businesses manage individual circumstances that arise on a day to day basis, such as employment terminations, separation agreements, employment agreements, leave requests, employee discipline, requests for reasonable accommodations, and investigations. In addition, Stephen has been retained to conduct highly sensitive and complex investigations in both the private sector and university settings. When litigation has been unavoidable, Stephen has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts and before federal, state, and local administrative agencies across the country.
