Lindsey Carter has over 20 years’ experience in human resources, with expertise in advising and coaching leaders through complex employee relations challenges. She is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and has an emerging private coaching practice.

Mark Hornberger

Mark Hornberger is President & COO of CPI/New Options Group. Before joining CPI/New Options, Mark spent 18 years in manufacturing sales, procurement and senior retail management, including forecasting and establishing manufacturing operations domestically and overseas.


Trina Peters, PHR, SHRM-CP

Trina Peters currently works in Human Resources at Wolf Creek Federal Services. She has a generalist background and has worked in multiple industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, government, and service industries.

Regina M. Resch, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Regina M. Resch is a Global HR Business Partner with Cristal USA. Regina has more than 30 years HR experience including manufacturing, professional services, government contracting and has owned and managed a small retail business.
