Executive HR Roundtable

The CHRA Board of Directors is pleased to present the Executive HR Roundtable! Comprised of CHROs, Vice Presidents, and Executive HR Practitioners, the Round Table is a new value-added program designed to bring C-Suite HR Professionals together for thought leadership dialogue, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking. We’ve been successfully piloting the program for several months, and are now ready to officially present this exciting new program to our members.

 

The HR Executive Roundtable currently has 35 senior HR Executives representing Maryland employers from a variety of industries. Led by our Governing Committee (Brian Lynch, Jason Nemoy, Lori Raggio, Gina Resch), the group meets approximately six times per year.

 

The criteria for joining CHRA’s Executive Roundtable:

 

  1. 10+ years of relevant HR senior-level/Executive experience in multiple HR disciplines
  2. Key decision maker in HR at their organization
  3. Ability to Inspire at strategic level
  4. Demonstrated experience setting org-wide strategy and driving for results
  5. Working in Baltimore-metro Region / Local leader for HR
  6. Willingness to contribute, share and engage with the group/network, including “best practices”, innovative ideas, and challenges
  7. Current member of CHRA
