ABOUT THE PROGRAM & PRESENTERS

What is Workforce Intelligence?  Consider these questions.  Have you ever tracked employee satisfaction and customer (or patient) satisfaction and profitability to determine how or if there is a correlation?  Have you explored supervisor ratings over time from your employee satisfaction studies along with turnover rates and costs?  Have you looked at supervisor ratings compared to supervisor training hours and costs of training? How does the employees’ overall rating of the company compare to intent to stay and productivity?

 

Workforce Intelligence combines workforce research and employee feedback, human capital analytics, and human capital or organizational financials to provide real insight into the organization.  But, more importantly, it provides clear and certain evidence of the priorities that must be addressed by the organization as well as the financial gain of pursuing action or the cost of inaction. When organizations bring all three of these individual components of information together, they start to paint a very powerful picture of the correlations and revelations of the organization.
