News
CHRA
and CHRF are proud to recognize the two schools that have been part of
the Pathways to Success program for almost 15 years. Receiving plaques
and recognition at the Spring Conference were Glen Burnie High School,
represented by Jessica Paugh, and Mergenthaler High School, represented
by Nicole Baird. MDOT also graciously shared a short video of their recent
hosting of the Pathways to Success Program, which enhanced the discussion
and presentations.
Pathways
to Success continues to be a vibrant part of the community, allowing selected
students in high school to visit local organizations, and learn about
Covey's Seven Habits. The program focuses on life skills, and job search
skills, as students prepare for the workforce and their future.
The program
is made possible by many volunteers from local organizations who contribute
time, location visits, money, and good will. We are deeply grateful to
our schools, and our many volunteers and their organizations for continuing
to make Pathways to Success a true success story.
CHRF is a
501 (c) 3 Corporation, which is exclusively charitable, educational, and
non-profit. Any donations are welcome.
